One of the employees, Esmeralda, went above and beyond for me. I was in town for work and realized before going to bed that my phone was on 1% battery and I left my charger at home! I had to be up early the next day and started to panic. I called down to the front desk to see if I could borrow or buy a phone charger, and Esmeralda lent me her personal charger for my entire stay! She saved my LIFE!

This hotel is in the perfect spot. The Maj is close to great food, museums, and stores in walking distance. The hotel itself is clean and the staff is super friendly. I already plan on staying there on my next trip. Parking might be tricky but there is a lot less than a block away and street parking.

This was a perfect stay during a quick trip to Philly. Easy check in, options for a (paid) late checkout, and fun rooms. I stayed in a room with a small kitchenette that had coffee and a French press. All in all I really enjoyed my stay here, and the location is phenomenal.
